Before you hire a restaurant consultant, and make a change in your
current status quo, write down three things.
What are they? Barriers to overcome or goals to achieve? Write them down on a
napkin if you have to..
Once you have it narrowed down, then refer to the articles, the library, the restaurant
forms (or the videos). Have you tried using the search tool?
