"More
than perfect" can be described as the heart and soul and is more than a score on a
form.
"Heart & Soul" is not found on a checklist or in a
specific measure. The extra bit of passion or effort made by staff member(s) to
create a moment of happiness for the guest can be considered "more than perfect". These
positive actions &/or behaviors which are not "scoreable" and yet obvious are considered
priceless. (and reasons for a guest to return!)
