 "More than perfect" can be described as the
heart and soul and is more than a score on a form. "Heart &
Soul" is not found on a checklist or in a specific measure. The extra bit of passion or
effort made by staff member(s) to create a moment of happiness for the guest can be
considered "more than perfect". These positive actions &/or behaviors which are not
"scoreable" and yet obvious are considered priceless. (and reasons for a guest to
return!)

stood out because of HOW they were done. It is the emphasis, the passion, the commitment with
which these actions / behaviors get the "more than perfect" award. |

As friendly as can be. Genuine effort to see
each guest receive the very best. An example of how "good today is not good enough
tomorrow" is a mindset as they strive to
please. |

Availability of the owners offers the guest
to have immediate attention. While the restaurant is small, the view to Columbia River and
the marina offers a unique experience. |

Every bite a delight. Can't say enough. The
names and description on the menu do not prove to be accurate. The menu items are much better than
described and since these are prepared by the owners themselves, the personal pride can't be better
anywhere. From the appetizer to the dessert, flavors to remember and return
to. |

The willingness
to give samples prior to ordering shows a pride and graciousness to give of themselves without
expectations. These are the characteristics you would find when visiting a friends home. (when you
can receive service such as this, it is "more than perfect" since of "heart &
soul". |

to be elegant but with each bite you will want more. The benefits of having hands on involvement
with every menu item prove to be a major asset to this business. With the owners operating the
business you know there will be a personal touch. |
