Staff is always ensuring guest satisfaction
with eye contact and offer random acts of kindess with their actiona showing true commitment
and caring. The team shows effort to please. A plus when you see
the commitment coming from more than a select few. |

Managers make the rounds in all areas of the
restaurant (including dining area) and connect with each guest during visit. This is key to
"heart & soul" for the team to have the leadership showing the way. |

Every bite a delight. The aspect of
making cheese and dough in house every day shows the commitment to creating authentic Neapolitan
Pizza that is tough to duplicate. |

This is not truly a "pizzaria" ... it
is much more. It is a comfortable experience where you can forget about the days of
stress. The leadership at this location stays connected to people (and it
shows). |

to many others in a "shopping area" but recommend this as the one to
experience. The menu selections are not typical as the topping choices are unique as it serves
authentic Neapolitan Pizza. This is another example which shows the benefits of
having great people selection, training and a teamwork culture are obvious as this business
maintains popularity and success. |
