 "More than perfect" can be described as the
heart and soul and is more than a score on a form. "Heart & Soul" is
not found on a checklist or in a specific measure. The extra bit of passion or effort made by
staff member(s) to create a moment of happiness for the guest can be considered "more than
perfect". These positive actions &/or behaviors which are not "scoreable" and yet obvious
are considered priceless. (and reasons for a guest to return!)
Create your own "More Than
Perfect" Award to recognize and award those who contribute to the success beyond measurements or
metrics.

stood out because of HOW they were done. It is the emphasis, the passion, the commitment with
which these actions / behaviors get the "more than perfect" award. |

Staff ensures guest satisfaction with eye
contact and offering random acts of kindess with their actiona showing true commitment
and caring. The entire TEAM is showing effort to please and acknowledege the
importance of the guests. |

Supervisors making rounds in all areas of
restaurant (including dining area) and connecting with each guest during visit. There has never
been a visit where a manager has not paused to confirm 110% satisfaction at the
table. |

Every bite a delight. From start to finish
there is no such thing as "average" in this restaurant. 'Nuff said? |

Brunch on Sunday is unbeatable. There is a
reason this restaurant has a packed house every Sunday (even during a serious
recession?) |
| This restaurant is on
the Puget Sound and has a great view. My belief is that Salty's on Redondo could be two blocks
from the water with no view and continue to be successful. The benefits of having great people
selection, training and a teamwork culture are obvious as this business maintains popularity
and success. |
